Every cookie is individually heat-sealed immediately after cooling and shipped in insulated packaging to maintain that bakery-fresh texture and flavor.

Yes, we have a dedicated selection of both vegan and gluten-free cookies. Please note that while we follow strict cleaning protocols, all treats are prepared in a facility that also handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.
How long will my cookies stay fresh once they arrive?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 5-7 days of arrival. For longer storage, you can freeze them in an airtight container for up to 3 months—just reheat in the oven for a few minutes for that gooey center.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship nationwide via express couriers. Orders placed by 2 PM EST are typically processed within 48 hours to ensure your treats are baked to order.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
